In-clinic sessions

The counseling relationship is a deeply personal and vulnerable process that is best done in-person, one-on-one. The emotional issues and struggles that bring someone into counseling require a patient, understanding, skilled and experienced counselor to help them navigate through the process from hurt to healing. I offer in-person sessions with a very flexible schedule.

Due to many factors, in-person counseling may not be an option. Health, distance, time schedules, etc. can make remote sessions the best option for getting the help you need. This is a much better option than settling for less-than quality care or no care at all. I see many clients remotely and it is highly effective.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a focused one-on-one process. You and I will spend the time and attention necessary to help move you through the issues and struggles you are facing toward the healthy results you are seeking.

Couple’s Counseling

Couple’s counseling is a unique and dynamic process. Balancing each persons needs while fully engaging both in the session can be challenging and not for the inexperienced counselor. Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of couples and have the patience, insight, mediation skill and therapeutic knowledge to help you too.

3-Day Infidelity Intensive

Is your marriage in crisis, following the discovery of your spouse’s infidelity and/or pornography use? Do you need skilled, focused and experienced care? Have you tried to find help, but nothing seemed to fit with your Christian values and belief's? The 3-Day Intensive is a private, Christian based program where couples dedicate 3 days to working exclusively on managing the crisis of infidelity, gain an understanding of what happened and learn the steps forward toward the healing process.

Survive & Thrive Women's Process Group

If your marriage has been affected by sexual addiction, you are not alone. Survive & Thrive is a biblically-based support group designed and led by an experienced Christian Counselor. It is a safe place for women to come together and support each other through the trauma and heartbreak brought about by sexual betrayal; learning to replace life shattering grief with unshakable joy. Christian Counseling represents an integration of professional counseling methods with biblical truths and principles. It recognizes the role of the Holy Spirit in emotional healing. Development of a closer relationship with God who is our ultimate Healer.

Everyone is welcome. I meet people wherever they are in their life’s’ journey, whether you are a believer, non-believer or are questioning your faith. You will always be treated with care and respect.

60 Minute Sessions: $125

90 Minute Sessions: $175

Group Sessions: $150/Month

Additional time is $50 per half hour.

3-Day Infidelity Intensive: $2750

Payment is accepted in Cash, Check, ZELLE, Credit, Debt or HSA cards.  I do NOT take insurance.

Office hours are Monday through Friday by appointment only. Occasionally there is Saturday availability.

The more flexible you can be, the easier it will be to get an appointment quickly. Most people want late-afternoon and/or early evening appointments, so the demand for these appointments is extremely high. Frequency of counseling will need to be determined after your first appointment. On average, most clients schedule appointments 2-4 times per month. Many clients come more frequently when starting counseling, then less frequently as they begin to see positive changes and results.
