Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Payment is accepted at the time of service in the form of cash, check, Zelle and all major debit/credit cards, including health savings account debit/credit cards. Please make checks payable to Laura Potter.

*In the event you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations (except for emergencies). If you late cancel or no-show you will be charged the full fee for the session. 

**Even if you plan to pay by cash or check, a credit card will be required to be on-file at your first appointment. A credit card is necessary and will only be charged for a late cancellation or no-show appointment per the appointment cancellation policy.

Health insurance is not accepted, however I can provide a billing statement that you may present to your insurance for reimbursement. This is not a guarantee so check with your individual insurance carrier.
